All about Eyeliner | Budget Friendly Liquid Eyeliners

Hi beautiful Girlies,

I am always in search for good liquid eyeliners since I am a college student and can't afford expensive eyeliners for everyday use. So I reviewed some of my favourite liquid eyeliners which are the cheapest liquid eyeliners available in the market yet with amazing quality. So ladies if you are looking for drugstore eyeliners which you can use everyday and is on cheaper side then keep reading. :-*

Eyeliners in budget

Lakme:

Lakme is a well known brand in india. They are one of the oldest and most trusted brands in india. Our older generations like our mothers and grannies have used their products and still alot of girls swear by some of their products. They have come up with variety of products like primers, eyeshadows, highliters etc. This liner is an old famous and there was a time when people were only using this liner. NO SMUDGEPROOF. NOT WATER RESISTANT OR WATERPROOF.

Longetivity: Upto 4+ hours.

 Elle 18 Black Out Liner:

Elle 18 is easily available on your local makeup stores. One of the best thing about Elle 18 makeup is their packaging. It is super cute and trendy. Talking about the product it has a thick consistency and the color payoff is amazing. You get the jet black color in a 1-2 swipes. WATER RESISTANT. NEITHER SMUDGE PROOF NOR WATER PROOF. Out of all the liners mentioned in this blog this one is my favourite.

Quantity: 5ml

Longevity: Last long until you rub your eyes or wash with water. 

Coloressence Super Extend Supreme EyeLiner(black):

Coloressence is a color cosmetic brand of Nature’s essence. Nature’s essence is known for its chemical free and herbal products. Coloressence provides wide range of makeup products like foundations, compacts, eyeliners, kohls etc which are easily available in retails, salons and their outlets. Coming to the eyeliner it has a similar consistency and color payoff as Elle 18’s eyeliner but they are slightly costlier than Elle 18’s eyeliner. I was pretty amazed with how pigmented this eyeliner  was as you see in the swatches. WATER RESISTANT. NEITHER SMUDGE PROOF NOR WATER PROOF.

Longevity: More than 6 hours.

Cover Girl Metallic Shine Eyeliner(blue):

Cover Girl  is an American cosmetic brand founded in Canada. They are known for delivering amazing products all across the world. Though availability in India is bit difficult. I got this liner from a local beauty supply store for few bucks. This liner is not in my favourite list since it has chunks of small glitters and the application is uneven in first swipe. Though you can build it up after few layers.  Also It is not that pigmented. But I think you cannot ask for much since it is really cheap. WATER RESISTANT AND WATERPROOF. NOT SMUDGE PROOF.

Longevity: Fades a little after 4 hours.

Cover Girl Ultralucent Eyeliner(matte blue):

This eyeliner is matte and unlike the previous eyeliner this is very pigmented. It is a gorgeous matte royal blue shade and has good color payoff in one swipe. It looks really good on the lids once it dries. WATER RESISTANT. NEITHER SMUDGE PROOF NOR WATER PROOF.

Longevity: More than 6 hours.

Coloressence Super Extend Pearl Eye Liner(Blue):

This eyeliner is also blue but it has tiny shimmer particles though not really visible. It is good for paties or nightouts. I wear it to my college as well. This shade will complement everyone. Doesn't SMUDGE easily. WATER RESISTANT. Not WATERPROOF.

Longevity: Last long upto 5-6 hours without smudging, unless you rub your eyes or wash with water.
